What is your position...Is it good enough

Hey Fap Turbo Vps,

It's Sam again and as promised,
I have something real special for you today!

Yesterday we talked about setting goals and I promised
that I would send you some more information to help you
start setting your goals to really help you stay on track
and get things moving along fast.

So let's get right into it... this is going to be a little
long but it's so very important to your success.

** Goal Setting **

"Have I established business goals?" is a question you
need to ask yourself when getting started with anything.

Setting goals is an important part of any business plan.
But setting a goal is only part ofthe picture. Achieving
them is even moreimportant.

Learn how to identify which goals are important enough to
commit to, and systematically work towards them by breaking
them down into steps, stablishing timelines, identifying
resources needed, and benchmarks for success.

** What is a Business Goal? **

A goal is a statement that clearly describes actions to be
taken or tasks to be accomplished by a company, a department
or an individual.

A business will have a number of goals, each describing a
desired future condition toward which efforts are directed.
If the goals are accomplished, then the business should be
a success.

Without goals you will find yourself accomplishing very little.

They are YOUR goals and YOU need to design them to fit YOU
and YOUR business.

** Goal setting has 2 basic purposes **

The first purpose is to establish a measure or away to
evaluate the success of your business. Whatever you do you
must be able to track it andmake sure that it is on track to
your success.

The second purpose of your business goal is set different
priorities for all involved. You need to decide who will
be accountable for the accomplishments of each goal you set.

For example: You will need to decide who will be responsible
for each aspect of the project. Who will write the e-book,
who will do the videos, who is going to make sure the copy
gets done and so forth.

Your business goals need to be challenging... Set goals that
will require some effort to reach. Un-obtainable, will lead
to failure.

Challenge everyone that is involved.

Your business goals need to say what is going to be done,
need to be task-oriented, and must state clearly what is to
be accomplished.

Effective goals use action-oriented words!

Example --> "I will lose 25 pounds in 30 days"

Your goal needs to be very specific. You must state exactly
what the result is you desire, and you must clearly define
a time constraint. Just doing this will program the brain to
take action and attempt to complete the goal.

The MOST IMPORTANT part of setting goals, however, is that
you do need to TAKE ACTION. Setting the goals is not enough,
you NEED to implement and conquere to be successful.

You CAN do it!!
